Tim Soutar
Tim is currently a non-executive Director at England Athletics, where he Chairs the Governance Committee.
He also holds Trustee roles at the International Lawyers Project, a UK charity providing pro bono support to communities, civil society groups and governments worldwide to bring about economic justice, and Blackheath & Bromley Harriers AC, one of the UK’s oldest and largest athletics clubs, of which he is past Chair. He was formerly Chair of the Pro Bono & Access to Justice Committee at the International Bar Association.
Before his retirement, Tim was a partner in Clifford Chance, where he practiced in their energy and infrastructure team, spending many years in Asia and as resident Managing Partner for the Gulf Region.
Tim read Jurisprudence at St Catherine’s College, Oxford.
